Executive Director

Krystin A. Wills is a dynamic entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and global strategist at the intersection of luxury real estate, energy, logistics, and social impact.

As the founder of Girls Republic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Krystin champions girls’ education, reproductive health, and period poverty initiatives across Africa. She is an active speaker on women’s rights and girls’ education, using her voice to advocate for gender equity, health access, and empowerment for marginalized communities.

Krystin also leads Califia Logistics, a global import-export company specializing in the distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and personal care products, with offices in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi. She is active in the oil and gas sector, brokering mineral rights and crude oil deals through partnerships with major buyers and seasoned mentors.

She was a proud delegate of the International Trade Centre’s SheTrades Global Summit 2024 hosted at Abu Dhabi’s ADNEC and a participant in the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development’s SME Export Program, where she is expanding the UAE’s oil exports into key African markets including Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and South Africa.

As a real estate consultant, Krystin advises high-net-worth individuals, developers, family offices, and institutional investors on cross-border acquisition strategies. Her niche expertise in luxury assets, hospitality, and relocation services has made her a sought-after advisor in global hubs such as Los Angeles, New York, London, Dubai, and Singapore.

With deep roots in spirituality and culture, Krystin blends intuitive wisdom with business strategy. She is developing a series of elite consulting offers ranging from spiritual wealth coaching for women to cross-border wealth advisory and premium strategy sessions. Her mission is to generate generational wealth, uplift communities, and help visionaries realize their boldest dreams.
